We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant reminiscent of a mountain refuge. Successful example of meeting between innovation and tradition, here Ligurian cuisine marries the most modern tastes, respecting both the demanding palates and lovers of old flavors. By now there is no longer a time when, staying in Sanremo, you don't spend a beautiful day in the woods, concluding it with a lunch or dinner in this restaurant. I've been there about ten times, the dishes are impeccable and the staff is kind and knowledgeable, attentive to customer needs. The cost is right for the service offered (around €60 per person for all the courses and a bottle of wine), and I also recommend booking a little in advance as it is often very busy. PS: Special mention for the trombette zucchini and tomino pie which is a spatial thing (included in the trio of appetizers), I may be monotonous but I always start like this
