The music is really loud. It's hard to hear them call out orders. The staff are working diligently. They are very friendly. Didn't want to be too early to an event. They were really busy. Decided to try a apple crisp macchiato. I was thinking apple pie with the description. It smelled more alike apple than it tasted. It was not too sweet. I am glad I tried it but would not get another. View all feedback.

This Starbucks in Diablo Plaza is my most reliable Starbucks that I go to. They never miss, and I've never had a bad experience with the drinks; I feel like they are made perfect every time unlike the many other Starbucks in the area. Not to mention, the staff here has always been very nice. If you need a Starbucks fix, this particular location is the right one to go to!
Consistently good food and service at this location. Staff at this location is helpful and always nice, especially lauren and kayla. Can't say the same about my fellow customers though, lol!
The music was definitely not coffee house music it was so loud at 530am and it was rap saying some pretty nasty things...
