What a terrible experience I wish I had read the reviews before I visited this sick house. it kills itself as well-guided and elevated medical device, but it is far from it. I came for a travel certificate for kovid and was guaranteed to send it on the same day. I even asked to come earlier, as I was skeptical of this guarantee. I was the first person there this day and although the service was friendly and efficient its two days and I have not yet received my form to travel. I missed my flights and am now for the flights and called several lines (of which nobody went to anyone), email several people, as well as a left point to which there was no answer. do not put this together as I have read another review, they will tell them everything to take their money. behind the scenes it seems as if nobody knows what's going on and there is no communication between everyone.
