Super bowl Sunday family meeting. the waiter missed a lot and had really bad body odor! it was terrible! we asked for the reception of two different servers that went to the manager. Finally, I found our waiter who was sent to work as a host in the front door, and nobody took care of us. When he finally came to the tables, he was busy taking someone's order forever....and I still went to another waiter to get our bill, but they went to help the manager instead. have no sense.

Very average all round; OpenTable reservation not honored by the front desk. Food fine, but they were rushed off their feet and service poor

Reserved table for 6. Got there, they offered us 2 booths. I asked for water 3 times. One of the people in our party ordered a chicken dinner with fries. Her dinner came with chicken and asparagus; the server said the fries are coming-up. We waited for a while, the server brought a small dish fries and said that fresh fries will be out shortly. A while late the server brought fresh fries. I had a martini before dinner; the server never picked up the glass when I was finished.

We had a pleasant time celebrating our son’s birthday. I did an online reservation and when we got there, our table is ready. Our server was also attentive and professional.

Menu here is pretty good, sports bar brew pub ambiance is decent. Food quality is decent some dishes great and others just OK. The real problem is the service; and it is a big one. It’s friendly but inept all the time. I’ve been here dozens of times, and there is literally always an issue. Apps that arrive after the main dishes (or not at all). Drinks that go forever without being refilled. Sides that never come, or that you have to ask about 5 times. Order requests that are ignored. 45 mins without getting food to the table on nights which are not overly busy. On and on. Location is badly managed, and is just not worth the hassle of visiting anymore. I’m done with this place.
