7-eleven - San Rafael

I live down the street from this 7-Eleven. I come here often , but this past week I was extremely disgusted and disappointed by this store. I went to get a big gulp soda out the machine and I saw two dead ants in my soda. So I left and then a few days later I came to get an iced coffee and I got ice out the soda fountain and another dead ant came out from the ice. Not to mention the live ants crawling around the soda fountain itself. When I took my cup of ice to the employee he gave me a nasty attitude and took a wet towel to the fountain. And then told me I needed to be supervised the next time I wanted a soda from the fountain because I refused to purchase a iced coffee with dead ants in it. Rude and disgusting

Absolutely disgusting store. I was in there last week and there were rats running around. Hope county shuts them down.

The owner is friendly and most staff is friendly. One young kid with give you attitude, other then that it's a good 7-11

My car battery died and so did my phone. I hiked a 1/2 mile to 7 Eleven at 7:30 in the morning and found no pay phone so I asked the clerk if he or I could call AAA for a jump. He said, No! Really, he said no. I used to come to this 7 Eleven daily as a kid in the 80 's to drink slurpees and drop endless quarters into Space Invaders and Donkey Kong. Now I 'm back in town after years away, late for a funeral and this guy at 7 Eleven won 't call an 800 number for a stranded motorist. Zero stars for customer service and zero stars for the special blend coffee it was watery and weak.
