When I brewed yellow on my own, I felt that the acidity was strong and bitter, but I felt that the take-out was not a bad sour taste, but it was refreshing and easy to drink. You can see the scenery of coffee extraction that can not be seen when you take out. You can brew carefully over time. I would like to visit again when I have enough time.
The calm atmosphere and the beautiful garden were very nice. The shop owner carefully touched the menu, and the cheese cake was very delicious!
Excellent speciality coffee from Costa Rica in a historic traditional Japanese tea house. Great place to visit.
古民家を改装した店内は、リノベーションされた床で靴のまま上がる事が出来ます。初冬の長い日差しで、繊細な障子のグリッド柄がコントラストとなって浮かび上がる、明るくセンス良くまとめられた空間がそこにあります。 爽やかで程よい酸味のあるコスタリカ産スペシャルティー珈琲をプロフェッショナルがハンドドリップで提供するカフェ。コスタリカと言うと酸味を思い浮かべますが、それだけでなく、とてもバランスの良い香り高い珈琲を味わうことが出来ます。 コーヒーの木の品種、産地、焙煎、グラインド、ドリップ、カップの形状まで、研究熱心なバリスタのAさんとの会話が弾みます。 数種類のコスタリカ産珈琲豆の輸入販売もお店とネットで行っています。 駐車場は店前に3台分あります。奥に住宅街があって割と頻繁に車が来ますが、道幅とスペースが狭いので焦らず駐車した方が良いでしょう。
訪れたカフェで1番です。 コーヒーの味、甘夏シフォンの味はもちろん、雰囲気、オーナーの心意気まで。 築100年の民家をリノベして4年前開いたそうです。 内装も全て想いあるものという感じで素敵。とても寛げる雰囲気です。
