if they say that Emilia Romagna is the region of Italy where you eat better the reason is that we always know but with great respect of our tradition. to understand it just go to the Cavicchioli forests. I would give 5 stars but I am forced to give only 3 for the non-excellent service like pizza I ate, delicious! the service was poor, they did not come to remove the finished dish pizza. they literally “forget” us! we would have wanted to finish dinner with a dessert but as no waiter showed up at our table.
