This place is so beautiful I wish I could say the same about the food. My experience there has been disappointing for the following reasons. The food in this place is absolutely mediocre; once you order any of the meat dishes, it is a guaranteed that regardless of the waiter asking how do you want the meat done, the meat always comes raw. The reason for this is quite evident: everything has been frozen. The meat is frozen, the potatoes are frozen, etc. and they fail to thaw them properly, so you get frozen food in the middle. The owner likes one kind of sauce, (not great) and refuses to add anything else. They use Dijon mustard on EVERYTHING, fajitas, salmon, etc. They keep talking about adding a wine list, but that has not happened yet. Once I asked for a baked potato, they brought mashed potato from the powder box, on a piece of aluminum foil. The potential is huge, since they have a wonderful location and view. A good chef is in order!
El entorno en Quinta San Carlos es precioso, pero el restaurante no es impresionante. A pesar de tener precios accesibles, el servicio es regular.
