Lovely reastaurant with fresh seafood. Crowded and you might be forced to wait to be seated, nothing fancy but great quality food. It's full of locals which means it has to be good and fresh. I highly recommend oysters with like and Tabasco and octopus! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Los Buzos:
We ordered huachinango and fish cevich. The huachinango was Ok, but the ceviche had the consistency of rubber. When we inquired about it, we were told that the fish is marlin, and that's the way they are. No attempt was made to make us feel...more comfortable. I doubt the explanation. No fish could be that tough unless prepared incorrectly. View all feedback.
Buzo’s was recommended by our fishing guide after we drop after a day of fishing. huge fresh baptisms from the sea oysters on the bar welcome them as they sit wherever they want. fresh fish, oysters raw or empinazado (fried,) pulpo cocktail. Everything is excellent. bier is ice-cold and great atmosphere with mostly local bottom on the beach. been to puerto escondido 9 times and were 20 times at buzo. always great.
No idea how this place has no more ratings, considering that the restaurant is packed every time I have been there. their seafoods are directly from the sea before them and are delicious. really cheap oysters that are phenomenal! they make it here. after a beach day, it even worth it for the oysters alone.
We went to this restaurant from our hotel about a mile or so and had the freshest and quietest fried oysters! you will not be disappointed!
Absolutely superb. we tucked into this little jewel to get out of the heat and declared for a afternoon. that is a goal. location location with views unmatched. and I had to tell you about eating. we saw naughty jumping on the bay and fish gave our lunch. Now that's fresh, just go if you have the chance. they have fresh eating excellent lemonade probably the best I have ever drunk and the oysters are one!
Wrote a review recently for this seafood delight but it ended up at some other buzos. On the beach watch the divers bei g in oysters and langustino. Mexican lobster not so sweet but so fresh. I have it e ery week during season. Good...dining spot until 7pm
