What User doesn't like about Hotel Arcoiris:
Stayed here for 15 years straight . . . loved the genuine warmth, lively ambiance, and the charming, personal service. Then, unfortunately, the owner passed away and there ensued a battle for ownership. The young women (not hoteliers) who "managed" the hotel during this period fired many of the long-time staff members, made some not so necessary improvements, and painted everything WHITE; they told me this was becaus...
