Every Sunday between 12-4pm, locals and tourists gather at the back of Chuasinayi Coffee where a large buffet-style spread awaits. The buffet offers a variety of delicious dishes such as macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, corn on the cob, and more. However, the highlight of the buffet is the meats, which are aged and cured in-house every week. The options are impressive, including baby back ribs, prime rib, bacon-wrapped steaks, grilled chicken, and seafood. Vegetarian options are also available. Once you place your order, you must wait for your name to be called to pick up your sizzling dish and load it up with sides. The seasonings, spicy sauces, and barbecue sauces are all made in-house at Joe's Sauce production plant.

Most of the seasonings, spicy sauces, and barbecue sauces are also produced in Smokin' Joe's salsa production plant.
