Creo que Monterrey está lleno de restaurantes que ofrecen menús muy similares. Guacamole y chicharrón de rib eye como aperitivo, carne cocinada de la misma forma, etc. Este es uno de ellos, pero en realidad está muy bueno. Allá arriba con La Nacional, La Torrada, Los Hidalgo. La primera vez, hace aproximadamente un mes y medio, vine sin ninguna expectativa, resultó muy bien. Todo lo que pedimos estaba delicioso. La segunda vez, hace unas 2 semanas, todo está bien. Pedimos Vacío, buen trozo de carne, pero poco cocido. Pedimos "al punto", lo conseguimos azul raro, eso es una diferencia de 3 puntos en la cocción. Les dije y tratan de ayudar, pero "arreglar la cocción" nunca sale bien. Bonita terraza (solo por la noche, durante los días de verano es imposible estar allí, ni siquiera estoy seguro de si abren durante el día), buen servicio . Definitivamente regresaré.

This was a recommendation from the Aqua Hotel concierge, right by the restaurant. We tried and the food was fantastic. The chef is from Uruguay, so expect the meats to taste like meat, no weird flavors, rubbings or sauces, just salt. the appetizers are excellent,...from the (authentic) empanadas, to the typical chicharron de ribeye (also, the right stuff). Good selection of wines, like Casa Madero and ok desserts. However, I'm very particular about desserts, very. One of the best surprises, was the server, Candido, who from the beginning join the mood of the table and became an important part of the evening. He went along with the mood, and the service was exceptional, simply exceptional. One of the best ever if not the best. We'll be back, because this restaurant is wonderful. They made the evening very special.

We have been there couple of times, with small and also with a large group , everything was cooked to perfection, well seasoned and amazing. When in the large group , we decided to share the main dishes, since we got appetizers and everything was...so good we couldn’t stop. The desert was always amazing. If you have a opportunity, ask to be in the private room, it’s a amazing space . The crew was also very nice and proactive. No complains at all, I’ll be back for sure !
