We are regular customers, we have gone 3 times this summer this year and as every year the service is horrible (the 3 dinners an average wait of 45-60min) I find it incredible that the same thing always happens: one person only for the orders of terreza and the boss sitting there inside the premises looking at the phone and only getting up to do the accounts... a passivity to make him see!!! El mejor sushi que he probado. No soy muy fan de las gyozas y en este sitio son increíbles (un must try en toda regla). En general TODO está bueno, de gran calidad y hecho en el momento. El servicio es bueno y siempre saben que aconsejarte según tus gustos. Para terminar, los postres son la guinda del pastel. Hacen que te vayas a casa con muy buen sabor de boca y con ganas de repetir sin duda. 100% recomendable.

Hemos ido tres o cuatro veces y la situación siempre es la misma. La comida es excelente y los camareros son muy amables, pero los tiempos de espera son extremadamente largos. Tienes la sensación de que hay algo que no funciona en este restaurante; muchas mesas vacías y los camareros actúan como si estuvieran a cámara lenta. Es inaceptable esperar una hora desde que te sientas hasta que te sirven el primer plato. Pasamos más tiempo esperando que comiendo. Evidentemente, el problema radica en la cocina; falta personal o está mal organizada. Entiendo que la elaboración de los platos es al momento y laboriosa, pero eso no es excusa: se necesita más personal y mejor organización, no se puede tener a la gente esperando una hora. A pesar de todo, vale la pena, pero hay que ir preparado.
Very good restaurant: delicious, very good treatment and fresh raw materials... The truth is that good quality, good presentation and well cared for.
