Modern int... read more Located at the base of the main entry point of the Cholula Pyramid, this cool bistro/bar is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat or a cool beer. Modern intimate setting with nice view of the passerby. Not expensive, great service and meal presentation was excellent as well as delicious. Make time to visit, it is certainly worth your time!

The service was incredibly slow for a Thursday evening, and we had to often grab the attention of the bus boy for refills and the final check. The drinks were good, solid margaritas and the Trip cocktail was really good. The pasta I got was pretty good, though the raviolis were slightly over cooked. However the most disappointing thing about Cus Cus Cus was the pizza. For an Italian themed restaurant that has a whole page in their menu for pizza, this stuff tastes like frozen pizza you buy from the supermarket. The crust was non-existent, the toppings were bland, and whole pizza dough was chewy. One of the worst restaurant pizzas I've had in a long time. It seems this place spent all their time and effort making the restaurant look nice and didn't bother to put any effort into the food.
