The person I got didn?t like to listen to what I asked for. I had to tell him the sandwich I wanted three times and he still got it wrong. Not a special order, sandwich off the menu, no substations. I commented that he made me the wrong sandwich and he gotan attitude and then was just rude after that. But he wasn?t listening after he?d ask a question, so he was rude from the start. I consistently have issues with my orders from this restaurant. Despite paying extra for additional items, they are often missing. The staff seems to lack the necessary attention to detail.
The service was excruciatingly slow. There were four people in line, yet only one person was working while another was sitting in the back. Eventually, someone emerged, but they focused solely on a mobile order instead of helping the customers waiting in line.
The server I had was not attentive to my requests. Despite telling him which sandwich I wanted three times, he still got it wrong. It wasn't a special order—just a standard sandwich from the menu with no substitutions. When I pointed out that he had made a mistake, he became defensive and rude. He didn't seem to listen after asking questions either, so his rudeness started right from the beginning.
