We all know San Miguel offers ample dining options, and ZUMO was a wonderful surprise. The chef entices your tastebuds with combinations of spices and herbs in a way you rarely see. I had the tuna and my wife the duck with mole. Both were excellent and enjoyed them with a couple of glasses of very good wine. What User doesn't like about ZUMO:
First, this is a good restaurant with great views and an engaged staff. But relative to what it aspires to, it needs work. For example, the foie (which was delicious) was served with stale chewy tortilla strips in an apparent effort to be more Mexican. Es un lugar con una vista muy bonita, atención y comida excelente, se los recomiendo mucho y vallan con mucha hambre para probar muchas cosas.
Increíble combinación de sabores , desde la entrada de aguachile de setas , pasando por la pasta de betabel y terminado con semi fredo de Maracuya . #increible
Fui invitado a conocer este magnífico Restaurant Zumo y la verdad me llevé una grata sorpresa todo delicioso y la atención de julio es excelente recomiendo ampliamente este excelente lugar y aparte cuenta con una vista panorámica inigualable
Good food and service. a few hiccups on the way and manager went out of his way to make sure everything was good. very satisfied with server and manager service.
