What PHIL SIMON doesn't like about La Parada:
La Parada was our favorite, moderately priced restaurant in SMA. It 's food, atmosphere and service were consistently good. The chicken liver dish, a perennial favorite, was a much smaller portion and unrecognizable in taste. The fish cubes in the ceviche were fishy didn 't look or taste fresh. After one month in SMA we reconnected with this restaurant. I think they have the most interesting food in San Miguel. The presentation is beautiful and the flavors are intriguing. One bite takes you in a certain direction and the next one has subtle differences. I highly recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.
