Always a warm welcome. Comfortable room, casual and homey. We've had a night cap in the bar a few times and finally made it in for dinner. Busy place, lots of regulars. The hamburgers looked good but we decided on natchos and pizzas. Have to admit, we've had better pizzas. Pizzas are all about the crust and the crust was cracker like, no stretch or chewiness. Not good food the service very bad we asked for nachos they were literraly 6 pieces ridiculy sized if you are looking for good food and service it is not then place The pizzas are al dough and basically no cheese there was only one eaiter View all feedback.
Nice little spot. Pizza was good and Chiles en Nogada was also good. Service was fine. We would go back for sure. The little bar had American football on. Cozy decor.
Hermoso lugar, una puerta pequeñita, con las clasicas puertas de cantina, entras y es una experiencia acogedora, precios muy bien y la pizza uff super super recomendable . Cómo para el precopeo, una cenita rica.
We ordered 4 pizzas and none were good. In fact they were somehow bad (extremely cheesy but the cheese didn’t have flavor). We also ordered guacamole which was REALLY GOOD. The service was nice as well.
So happy that a new friend in Col Guadalupe recommended Gombos. Very sweet staff and lovely service so nice since I was traveling solo. Loved the Aloha pizza (and the leftovers were good the next day, too . Ended up going back there a second time during my short trip, cuz I couldn't stop thinking about how delicious that pizza was. (And I'm from Chicago and know my pizza, ha. ¡Pulgares hacia arriba!
We were looking for something other than Mexican. We had so many authentic Mexican meals we were ready to have a change of pace, maybe pizza! When we Googled Pizza in San Miguel, Gombos came up. We were not disappointed. The pizza was large enough for two hungry Gringos to share and muy bien!
