Contribute FeedbackWe stopped here for lunch, because my family felt like our dinners were too far from traditional Mexican farewell. I have to say that eating here was excellent. I have chiles rellenos that were amazing and just the right level of spiciness. my wife got enchiladas who were just as delicious. everyone enjoyed their meal and I would say if they were looking for a simple, straight-ahead Mexican meal, el correo would be a great choice.
It is a small place, but powerful! her speciality, her tortilla soup was incredibly delicious. we also ordered the queso fundido con chorizo and it was de-LISH. and there is a lot of it! the hubby ordered the chiles en nogada for the first time each and it was different for him, but he liked it. what an interesting sauce. I got enchiladas suizas and the sauce was amazing. so tasty with a big lime taste. we're coming back in a second.
It was nice to return after a year to el correo. the people are friendly and the food is delicious. the enchiladas del portal are always good, and the chicken consommé suppos and other are tasteful and generous. the fajitas are also excellent. it is very popular for breakfast, but we slide in the regular about midday when the menu changes to lunch and the brunch quantity goes. the service here is exceptionally good.
Y precio accesible.Muy recomendable.
