Great opportunity scene to relax and eat after work. Smashburger can't stand out because it's pretty good- two thin patties that you can adjust with salad, etc. Chicken Pesto on a cut bungalow is pretty good along with the potatoes as your side. You have an obscene number of beer on tap. View all feedback.

I've had better dirty roller dogs at 7-Eleven than any of your Wienerschnitzels I hope you're not getting your Wienerschnitzel from the alphabet people. MEGA MEGA MEGA MEGA View all feedback.
Easily the best restaurant we found in our four days to the Bay Area! Wursthall is incredible in their meat skills, amazing brats that are rich, full of flavor, and done just right to give a twang and enjoyable bite. I've never had any sort of German fare on this level which says something coming from German and Swiss on both parents. I had decent expectations coming here on my good friends recommendation and got blown out of the water. The beers are quite decent, nothing amazing like some we have in the midwest, Chicago's Moody Tongue and Indianapolis Centerpoint breweries for example, but plenty easy to drink and offering strong variety. I really love seeing dark stuff on nitro and bright fruity ales from the same wall. I'm still mesmerized by the indulgent texture of the brats here, simply award winning stuff. My house crafted lemon slaw was unique and extra tangy, fit perfect with the meats. I sampled quite a bit of the menu between all five of us and cannot fault a dish. Service and atmosphere as casual, friendly, and accessible like California does best. We all had good times and highly recommend Wursthall!
This restaurant is designed like a German beer garden/beer hall. And it has a decent selection of beers and most of the popular stuffs from the local breweries, but nothing exotic or special that are imported over seas. So if you are expecting a real German beer experience, than this might not be the right place for you. But the QR code ordering system is convenient and easy to use. So you can enjoy the company with your friends without being disturbed by the staff too much.
Great place to catch up and hang with friends. The food is quite tasty. Don’t sleep on the potatoes or the chicken bites. The beer selection is robust for whatever adventure you choose! (Even n/a options). Personally I always go with the crispy Pilsner.
So glad I made the trek down while in SF. Being a fan of Kenji, I knew I had to. I wish I could have sampled more of the menu but went with the Deviled Eggs and Porchetta, both were great. Hopefully I'll make it back again.Food: 5/5
The smash burger was incredible! I came around 3:30 pm on a Friday and the place was mostly empty. The environment is open with some tables and benches like a beer hall. There is a QR code on the table to order your food and drinks. And then staff brings your stuff over. Easy and chill operation.I tried the famous smash burger with three times fried potatoes. The burger was so delicious with their house grind blend of beef – it had a nice clean and beefy flavor. The burger with saucy, but in a good way with the garlic mayo.Overall, I’d come here again definitely for the smash burger but next time I think I want to try the fried chicken sandwich
