What groovyvegan doesn't like about Whole Foods Market:
There are some vegan options available at the hot foods bar, including channa masala and deli dishes. While tasty, some customers may find them a bit too spicy. It's worth noting that the vegan options are not clearly labeled as such, so you will need to carefully read the ingredients list. The only vegan salad dressing offered was a balsamic vinaigrette, which unfortunately contained sugar.

Large selection of vegan products from donuts, ravioli, vegan cheese, frozen food, bulk-bin items, marshmallows and much more. not my main place in food business, but good for the recovery of speciality vegan products I can not elsewhere like Parmesan cheese or coconut milk.
Eat them offer a great selection of vegan donuts to good trips ($1.5 per piece.) do not miss the chocolate donations, vihnsinn! they offer vegan burritos and sandwiches/ snacks, for moderate but affordable price. the burritos are ok and fresh, but the sandwich and the package I once tried were bland and the tofu was old. for the hot buffet they unfortunately have some vegan options. the cold buffet has many vegan options, but it is very expensive. always have a vegan suppe and a vegetarian option. grocery lots of products, vegan products, vegan cosmetics and cleansing agents, also some things they do not get anywhere in the opposite (eg: nutritional) here I buy most of the time the vegan household products and cosmetics if I don’t get them at trader joe’s. some special products are expensive, and also the fruits and vegetables are more expensive than for example at trader joe’s. products of their own brand 365 are very good value and good quality. Bulk products are also quite expensive, but check them before buying as some of them sit around a lot. while others are fresh and replaced daily (they can ask for taste).
The whole food in san mateo costs $7.99 a pound for her salatable, like the wf in los altos and cupertino. in contrast to these wfs, however, this has no organic products in the salatable. so, I think the $7.99 price per pfund is unjustified. I think the whole food in palo alto also has an organic salatable for $7.99 a pfund. there are some vegan options in the hot food bar such as channa masala (a chickpea Indian dish) and the deli. tasty but somewhat too sharp. the vegan options are not labeled as vegan, so they have to take the effort to read all ingredients. the only vegan salat dressing was the balsamico vanegrette that contained sugar. the channa masala also contained sugar. there are also vegetable burritos that appear vegan, but the line was not checked for so long. in contrast to the wf in palo alto there are no vegan chocolate pudding in the prepared food section.
You will definitely find a true gem in this busy food park! With a variety of shops and clinics, it can get crowded, so be prepared to exercise patience. Once inside, there are so many options to choose from! I highly recommend this place as a pit stop along Highway 101, with clean facilities and a great selection of vegan treats. Today, I was craving an ice cream sandwich and was thrilled to discover they now offer vegan cotton candy in reusable containers! I can't wait to try it out. They also have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating if you can't wait to dig into your treats. Keep in mind that prices can be on the higher side, especially for specialty items.
