Great food! Fast service! Appropriately expensive. Great crowd! Children were pleasantly surprised with the 70 mm paper dosa- a must try. Samosas and the mint Chutney were tasteful. The best restaurant we have eaten so far in SF. The Masala tea is also on the house. View all feedback.

Great food! Fast service! Reasonably priced. Great quantity! Kids were pleasantly surprised with the 70 mm paper dosa- a must try. Samosas and the mint chutney were flavorful. The best restaurant we have eaten at in SF so far. Also the masala tea is onthe house.
I’ve eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants while living in the Bay. This is seriously at least top 3. I’d go so far as to say top #1 food wise. The samosa chaat is good with crispy bits in it. The naan is buttery and flaky and soft. The kids dosa withcheese was even delicious with the coconut sauce. The veg korma is always my favorite at any restaurant and this one has paneerin it! The sauce is just a tad sweet and a teeny bit spicy. The chicken tiki masala was delicious too- the chicken isn’t drylike so many other spots end up doing. It almost had a bit of a smoky taste. They also offer free masala chai. We willdefinitely be back here, and I live nowhere near San Mateo lol
The food was great. Great place for dosa! The chutney was also really good. We had onion dosa and parotta with kurma. Both were great. They have decent biryani as well. They had complementary tea. Go to place for good indian food in the area
