Safeway Deli - San Mateo

I placed two orders today. In the first order, they forgot the Cobb salad, and in the second order, they forgot the coleslaw. I even called the deli manager to confirm my order. Is there a communication problem?

The ribs were supposed to be hot and ready, but they were frozen instead.

I ordered two wheat sandwiches, but instead received rolls that were only half-filled. Each sandwich had just two pickles, one piece of lettuce, and two slices of cheese. There were no cucumbers at all, and both sandwiches had only half the meat they should have. It felt like they simply didn’t care about the quality. Definitely not worth the $8.99 price tag.
