Total Diner/Coffe Shop Experience. friendly and attentive staff. there is always someone who keeps on the table and keeps drinks or ensures that they do not miss anything. consistent food choices, healthy portions. parking is sometimes a little challenging, but it is located in a super market place, so they need a short walk once parked. I don't drink a coffee, so I can't comment. I see a lot of preorder during the v... View all feedback.

Just tried them out this morning and it was nothing to write home about. Mental note to everyone, especially myself… NEVER order breakfast food for togo. You’ll regret it. Especially when you get home and see there’s no butter on your already cold bread, they forgot to include syrup for your pancakes and the cheese is all cold in the omelette, as were at Neal’s. Just tried them out this morning and it was nothing to write home about. Mental note to everyone, especially myself? NEVER order breakfast food for togo. You?ll regret it. Especially when you get home and see there?s no butter on your already cold bread, they forgot to include syrup for your pancakes and the cheese is all cold in the omelette, as were at Neal?s. Not sure if I?d recommend this place as I didn?t have a good experience? but the people are friendly.
I discovered this nice stop on the drive down 280 and enjoyed a solid, but basic, breakfast. There was lots of seating (a bit too much for the size of the space), the staff was friendly, and prices were a bit higher than the menus online. My breakfast was good and my tea was strong, I'll be back.
Great diner with all your classics. There's more seating here than at the Burlingame location. Staff is friendly and our food always comes out quick. I really enjoy their breakfasts and they make a good liver n onion ?
Good food, but questionable customer service. I ordered an ice cream coffee, server asked if I refused vanilla and I. We were accused of additional costs for vanilla anyway, and the cashier seemed not satisfied with changing it. What was changed to $4... when we came back, they seemed even less happy to change that. It's a trivial amount of money, but it's the principle. Good and fair customer service would make it right without trouble or attitude. Edit: not sure how to react to the owner's response below. This happened today at 11:30 am at the San Mateo site, and we have dived. Take the offer, but don't worry about the ice cream, we won't return. Just make sure your workers have a good morality.
The first time here. We sat outside and had our pets. The food was good and it tastes fresh. I pulled 1 star for the $1 charge for one side of the dried salsa.
