What User likes about Gyu Kaku San Mateo, Ca:
This is a unique Japanese restaurant that maintains its authentic character while offering dishes that are familiar to Western tastes. The flavors are amazing, and each meal is well-balanced, featuring generous portions of rice, soup, and vegetables. The service is outstanding. I had a fantastic experience and look forward to returning. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Gyu Kaku San Mateo, Ca:
Meat is pretty fatty. Chicken wings seem to be around for a couple days or overcooked. Japanes sausage is not tasty. Saving grace is the Sirlion steak and the short ribs they are good! View all feedback.
