Antoine's Cookie Shop - San Mateo

I've been eager to try these cookies for some time, so I knew I had to stop by while in San Mateo. What I loved: a dozen 13 cookies! Each cookie was soft and chewy. Compared to other cookie shops, these aren't too sweet. There's even a microwave in the store that you can use to warm up your cookies before you leave. And don't miss the Honeycomb cookies! If you can only pick one, definitely go for the Honeycomb cookie. The honeycombs add an incredible texture.

Highly recommended and lucky for me my nephew included this spot on our touring loop....Thank goodness he did because this might be one of my new favorite cookie spot in Cali!! Super small and unassuming location but if it's great cookies u seek? Look no further!! Only got to try the standard oatmeal but definitely left me wanting more!! Not sure about u but perfection I'm a cookie is slightly crisp exterior and soft warm gooey inside!!! Cookies are perfection!!! Definitely a must try next time ur in SF!!

I recently had the opportunity to visit this famous cookie shop while in the area, and I absolutely loved it! I had come across this place on Yelp and knew I had to try it. During my visit, I ordered two cookies: the cookies and cream, which was delicious and perfectly sweet, and a toffee cookie. I'm a huge fan of toffee, so I was thrilled to see that flavor! Every bite was divine. Overall, the cookies were fantastic, and I highly recommend stopping by for a tasty snack!

It's really tough to choose a favorite among all these cookies because they are all delicious! I appreciate how they package the dark chocolate separately, so you don't mix it up with the regular chocolate chips. I will definitely be returning!

This is a shout out for excellent service provided by Rachel at the Palo Alto location. I ordered 6 cookies for my son's birthday (thru the website) and door dash delivered them to the wrong location. I did get a text from Door Dash, but it was in Spanish and thought it was a scam. When I looked at it later, translated and realized it was the wrong door. The Dasher was out of the area and unable to fix issue. I called the Palo Alto location, and Rachel problem solved for me calling her manager, giving me a refund and had me reorder via Door Dash so the order would get there in time. In addition, Rachel made sure is included a note saying Happy Birthday and some additional thoughts (both times) something another cookie service was unwilling to do. I am sure the cookies will be great, but the outstanding service is enough for me to definitely buy from them again.
