Because there were no recent reviews, we were not sure the Chiles Beer restaurant had survived the pandemic. However it has and we were very pleased with our dinner at Chiles Beer. Because there were no recent reviews, we were not sure the Chiles Beer restaurant had survived the pandemic. However it has and we were very pleased with our dinner at Chiles Beer. The numerous ceviche-like menu entries all looked delicious. The two that we chose (Tropical Shrimp and Red Wine Berry Shrimp) were both delicious and very refreshing after a hot afternoon walking in Guadalajara and Tlaquepaque. They have more traditional menu items like burgers but there speciality appears to be ceviches. Based on our experience we certainly recommend Chiles Beer.
