One Iron - San Martin

Amazing property and wonderful staff with genuine service. We come a couple times a year from Monterey and it always feels like a true vacation. A perfect way to decompress and rejuvenate before the next work week begins. Love the binoculars in the rooms too. Sitting on the patio with a glass of wine scoping out the abundant wildlife never gets old. It’s a special place and the leadership has obviously done a wonderful job instilling the personalized sense of service you see from every staff member to make it so. Thank you everyone, for making my wife’s birthday so special on this recent visit.

Best food service in San Jose area club house. Their lunch and dinner are both amazing and such a great wine lists with reasonable bottle prices. My best was Lobster Sandwitch (lunch), Oysters, Grilled Avocado, Wagyu Meatballs, Dry-aged steak and Lobster Ravioli. You can see beautiful golf courses from balcony table with a little fireplace.

Wow, just wow. But Yelp forces you to write more than two words. I have never felt so comfortable nor taken care of in any restaurant ever as we were taken care of here at One Iron Bar. The Service the Ambiance the Food, were all SPECTACULAR. Wished we had access to this club at any time as opposed to being an invited guest of a club member. Would absolutely and positively return any time ever again, and would absolutely and positively recommend anyone who would ever love and absolutely wonderful dining out experience!

Thrilled with the updated renovations. The bungalow looked beautiful inside and the amenities like the nook with the under counter refrigerator bar counter when you walk in, fireplace and flat screen tv, bookshelves and comfy chairs are a welcome treat. Loved the new color scheme. Blue is my favorite! The mattress was excellent. Slept really well. Lighting was excellent. The bathroom with everything modernized and redone was divine they REALLY did an excellent job. And of course the golf course views with the mountains in the background are so lovely. Service from everyone at Cordevalle from the man at the guard shack who definitely makes sure that nobody enters without a reservation, to the valet parkers by the circular entry of the hotel, to the front desk, to the Manager, to the Iron Bar restaurant staff throughout the stay were all incredibly welcoming, polite, helpful and gracious. Housekeeping all did an immaculate job. Very much look forward to returning. Highly recommend!
