Wings are delicious. Due to the ignorant staff, my family should have contaminated celiacs from the sweet spicy sauce, because it has soy sauce in it that the cashier did not know that it contains gluten. I was also not online to see Allergen menu. Food: 4/5 View all feedback.

I was here twice. The first time it was decent, but this time it was far away. I went through the drive thru. There was no line waiting for a longer time. The Pommes were burned (all 9 gave them to me) even the toast was burned. The chicken was done, they gave me no sauce. Whoever took my order chose me to have the big one. Didn't ask. I feel robbed. If you're looking for great chicken, this restaurant truly excels. The toast and fries are perfectly seasoned, and everything is consistently served hot and fresh. You can really appreciate the quality of the food. But that's not all; the sauce is absolutely outstanding. They've recently introduced a new spicy Zax sauce, and I can't help but put it on everything. This place is definitely a must-visit!
This is the best restaurant in town! While the prices may seem a bit steep for chicken, bread, potatoes, and sauce, I can understand that they must be busy, which justifies the cost. I absolutely love their wings, especially the BBQ bone-in variety. The wings and things combination is truly a delicacy. The chicken strips, wrapped in bread and dipped in Zax sauce, are an amazing treat on their own. The portion size is satisfying without being overly greasy. I could rave about this place forever; it’s beyond delicious!
This was my first experience dining at Zaxby's, and I will definitely return! The customer service was excellent, and the food was incredibly fresh. I really enjoyed the spicy Zaxby sauce, while my husband preferred the milder option. The French fries had a unique seasoning that was amazing!

I'm from the rgv, so we don't have a zaxbys near us, and damn is it a shame. This is some of the best chicken sandwhich/ wings I've had. Their sauces are just so incredibly good. This specific chain has incredible workers that are genuinely so nice and welcoming.
