I had a great experience working with Vanessa on creating a personalized proposal/menu. Communication is key and she was always available for a call and very attentive in the whole process to make sure I got everything I wanted.

My husband and I had Root Cellar Cater our wedding this December. Vanessa was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! Everything went perfectly and most of all, the food was delicious. We are so happy we went with Root Cellar and I absolutely recommend them!

Megan was great to work with. Everything was timely with quotes and adjustments to our order for a rehearsal dinner. We were also able to rent the Coffee Bar for our event, a very intimate and comfortable location. I'd recommend Root Cellar's services to anyone who needs them.

Root Cellar Catering Co graciously donated their time, efforts and delicious food for our Hays County Food Bank Volunteer Appreciation Dinner! Not only did they bring nutritious fresh foods to serve, but they also brought every item you can think of to make the dinner a success! Their staff was friendly and hard working. After the event was over, they had cleaned up AND packed up the leftovers for us to take home! 10/10 recommend for your next event!

Root Cellar Catering catered our little sister's very special 30th birthday celebration. Olivia loves the book series Evil Queen so Vanessa and Megan thoughtfully designed a menu just for her, including wicked witch's roasted chicken, enchanted apple bites and mirror mirror mac n' cheese served on mirror platters! All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was and the birthday girl appreciated all the special touches. Vanessa was super communicative and friendly to work with. Top notch and love all around for Root Cellar!
