These guys are the best. They will prepare your food with care and sincerity. You must try the lone Mediterranean food cart in San Marcos if you are unfamiliar with this cuisine. If you already know, you will definitely try it. It was devastating that a storm occurred just after the store opened. They need more customer reviews. They are a fantastic business, and they should be here forever. View all feedback.
While I wasn't a fan of the cook (a bit rude to me as a first timer), but the food was absolutely delicious. I asked for 3 sauces for my 2 plates ordered and all three were forgotten. Don't forget to double check for that. The quality of the food was fantastic but be prepared to deal with a snippy cook and a need to double check your order.
Okay if you're headed to San Marcos or a local this is a must if you like gyros. This is definitely a food truck that will be on the rise... brick and mortar, multiple locations. I'm calling it if they keep the consistency. The taztziki sauce with spicy garlic is amazing. In addition the baklava that they give when the wait is past ten minutes is amazing. This truck would be on my list even if it was in a major city with competition. With that being said....in addition to the food...the manager who hopefully is the owner at one point is one of the huge benefits to a visit. Logan is one of the most impressive employees that knows all the customers names and clearly takes pride in the customers experience. He knows every person's name and constantly asks for feedback on the food. If you are looking for a five star restaurant level of attentiveness with a 10-15$range...THIS is the place. Ask for Logan and tell him Josh sent you and he might throw in a free baklava for your first visit.
When he's busy, the service sucks he's rude. But if it's slow the service is good. The fries are good if you eat them as soon as you get them.
