This place is how the future of faster or bar type vegan food will look. Most menus are vegan and it is really well labeled. I also love that they print their menus on curved paper, which is a great idea. All we had was good and the service was great. We'll be back when we get back here. View all feedback.

Edited to add: I went back to try her winter menu. Everything was so delicious. We loved their vegan Mac n cheese. It was as creamy as the real thing. We also had the Pflugburger. It was first dry and then we added some habanero Sayce and ketchup. It tasted so good. The best part they kill vegan candy from zucchini bakery! The s'mores cupcake was so good! The service was great, unlike the previous time. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely visit often! I always wanted to try this place because of the recommendations and finally. Went in for early dinner and ordered her vegan breakfast tacos. DH ordered a pace sandwich and we also got nachos and vegan Queso. Let me first mention the positives. The queen was delicious and had the right amount of spices. The burger also tasted good, but the pommes were too fat and soggy. Unlike what I heard, the breakfast tacos were too oily and dry. I was able to find out that the filling had been well done before and was sawed again with more oil It could be my bad choice order breakfast for dinner)You were neither crispy nor soft. The staff was not friendly, which was not a surprise, because I warned against it. I left some fillings on a napkin to see how fat it was. PS: Excuse the poor pictures. I made too hungry that I didn't make pictures before the hogging.
Today I decided to try the plant-based Tex-Mex Burger with a Tequila Mocking Bird and I must say the Burger was phenomenal! This is just one of my favorite places to go in San Marcos. The atmosphere feels beautiful and relaxing, so there is nothing you could ask. The Buzz Mill also holds events where you could hear local artists see a comedy, etc. This is a must if you are in San Marcos!
The staff here is always ready to fix any problem that arises. You don't have an internet at the moment, but this is because Spectrum is waiting for the city to react to it. In no form or form is Buzz Mill an error for the Internet. I've read a few reviews that we're not so good and they all have a common thing. I didn't want to disturb the staff. All employees are paid to deal with any problem. Just like that. This is not a restaurant and should you ever think that it is a bar/café that is open 24 hours 365 days a year. You just have a kitchen. Not only do they offer food only cause, but most of the food is produced locally. But that's just the surface of Buzz Mill. You also from the Lumber Society. They work with local farmers. You have a new program called Buzz Mill Forestry Foundation. They clean the local rivers. They do so much good for the community that just come for coffee is all they ask. All they do is free for the public. If you want to learn more about the people and the programs they have, then check their website. And please, harass employees with your questions, they have so much knowledge about what goes, but if they are busy or don't know the right answer they know someone who can connect you with the best answer.
