So food was okay for a fast food sandwich shop. I ordered the fiesta style sandwich, and it was tasty. Missing starts due to me having to clean my own table. The worker literally gave me the wet towel and said, Bring it back when Im done. Went to Schlotzsky,s on April 10th at 8pm and the meatball sandwich was horrible. I received received 3 meatballs cutt in half only! For $14. This company is a disgrace. I will be talking to the manager tomorrow. Update April 12th I spoke to the manager worst attitude I've encountered. This female manager needs to be spoken to. This company is a franchise so don't waste your time calling Cooprate. To fill a complaint call the owner I will update you with owners phone .This female manager does not care about the customers. I have 471, 000. Thousand Followers on Google reviews and 5000. thousands on Facebook. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BUSINESS....

Worst Schlotzskys location I've ever been to. My original sandwich took over 30 minutes. Restaurant was not crowded at all. Lettuce was wilted and looked old. Sandwich was sloppy looking.Food: 4/5

Love their fresh bread. Soft n crispy at the same time. Sad when the employees and manager do not even know the basic menu. We ordered a Meatball sandwich, which they rang up, and got a sandwich with sliced meat(maybe turkey). When we took it back to the counter to say a mistake had been made we were told they do not do or have meatball sandwiches to which we replied then why do you have them on the menu with a Giant picture advertising such? The manager then looked at it and said I'm sorry grabbed the sandwich and disappeared into the back. We did get a meatball sandwich but no marinara or tomato sauce in the sandwich. I understand mistakes happen but this was borderline unacceptable.
