Rosie's Pizza To Go - San Marcos

Called my order in was said no wings no cheese bread just pizza ok ordered pizza to Rosie's take the girls order a question whether they want wings? I said you don't have wings she said. I told her I called my order and didn't say any wings. Mgr heard my conversation said the girls give their 21 wings no fee.

Excellent pizza 5/5, speed 5/5 customer service depends significantly on who's working its either a 5 or a 1. Today it was a 1, no one bothered to get off their phone when I came in and I just sat there and waited till someone could be bothered to hand me my already finished order. Love the place but sometimes its like pulling teeth to complete your order.

Decent for what it is, but don 't expect any good service. They always have no clue what 's going on. Never order online and have someone else pick it up. They don 't have a name for you. It 's always What did you order?

DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM HERE ! They have underaged children operating the store. My pizzas dough was uncooked I had enough toppings to make 2 whole pizzas all piled on top UNCOOKED! The pizza was no where near edible smh and when I called to speak to a manager they had a teenager answer the phone and tell me I can speak to the boss about a refund I told her I would come up there and speak to him with her response being “No you can talk to them on the phone” WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Definitely every pizza chain in the area hits by far. You can't complain for price, quality is pretty good. If you need to pick up a pizza or two in the city, this is your place. Big with toppings for under $10 #win
