We had 2 meals from the Grille via room service and couldn’t be happier with the food. We had the 202 club with fries one night and the burger and fries the next night. While some might think the meals are pricey, you get huge portions of great tasting food. Both times we were told it would be 30 mins and both times it took 20 mins or less. What User doesn't like about Rocky River Grille:
The food presentation was decent, but you burgers and pommes were too salty. There was hair on the plate so it was sent back to the kitchen. The new burger was slightly smaller than the first. The GM composed it and added a delicious marquis cake. View all feedback.
This place is always great. Food is good and the location by the lake is amazing. Parking can be difficult as this area is very busy with tourists.
Perfectly acceptable hotel restaurant; food is good, for the most part, with one or two dishes being excellent and one or two sub-par. Prices aren't low but they're not outrageous for a place of this type, and it's a comfortable place with a lot of room, some booths as well as tables, and a private dining room.
Nobody at the host stand for over 10 minutes. After finally being taken to the seat and asking for water, the hostess/waitress disappeared, never to return. Walked out 10 mins afterwards, since the staff was nowhere to be found. Get delivery from somewhere else, it'll arrive faster than it takes them to get to you. Absolutely atrocious. Get your stuff together.
Way overpriced. We were hungry and it was Thanksgiving so our options were limited. They had a special for Thanksgiving that was 32.00. The meal consisted of mediocre banquet food at best. We were incredibly disappointed
Ordered two sandwiches, a child's pasta and a child's mac n cheese.... Took over 45 minte minutes for it to come out. Wasn't really worth waiting for.
