Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - San Marcos

This place always seems slow. Last time I visited, I felt what tasted like old fries. This is of course fast food and I can't expect the quality to be the best, but I wish the fries weren't so chewing. But my chicken sandwich seemed to be freshly cooked.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience ever. Every time I go I am constantly disappointed. I’m not even asking for much, literally asking for them to do the bare minimum and it’s never met. It’s almost like they’re going out of their way to make my experience terrible every time. Three weeks ago it was a 40 minute wait. The week after they weren’t letting me order unless it was through doordash??? and today they forgot my fries, forgot my ketchup and gave me mild when I ordered spicy. It’s honestly impressive how consistently disappointing this place is.

I placed an order through door dash. I wanted an 8pc nugget combo. I got 3 burnt nuggets and 4 strips. I did not receive the sauce and my food was cold. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from them and they have never had what I exactly wanted. I would prefer if they would let their door dash people know that they don’t have something instead of leaving me a surprise.

ZERO STARS. Waited 15+ min to get acknowledged had to redrive through to get an answer told to pull to window got charged $19 dollars for 3 drums and 5 chicken strips no sides. Phones don’t work so can’t call.

They are a fairly atomic sphere and food is very hot fresh and ready they are very nice and friendly I had no problem with any help or bad customer service I love peace for the lunchtime anytime.
