Nostimo Catering - San Marcos

My fiancé and I were craving Mediterranean food for dinner, so we searched online and found this restaurant on Google. When we arrived, we were the only customers, which was a wonderful advantage because we had our pick of seats! I don’t recall our waitress’s name, but she had dark skin and provided outstanding service—she was very friendly. The portion sizes were generous for the price, and the food was truly delicious! We are already looking forward to our next visit to San Marcos just to dine here again. This restaurant is a must-try, especially for vegans, as they offer a wide variety of options and are extremely accommodating. The food tastes homemade, and we absolutely love it! The waitstaff was extremely friendly, and the food was served promptly. The flavors were quite enjoyable. I ordered the Balkan platter, which featured a selection of their Greek dishes. I really liked it overall, though the chicken was slightly dry. I’m reluctant to criticize a restaurant for this unless it happens regularly, but it was definitely noticeable. However, the chicken had excellent flavor, which helped make up for its dryness. In contrast, the lamb kebob was exceptional.

I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience! The service was quick and attentive. Although I went for brunch on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant wasn't very busy, that certainly doesn’t diminish the quality. It was my first time trying Greek cuisine, and I must say, it might just become my favorite! I highly recommend anything from the menu—everything is absolutely delicious!

A small, casual and comfy place with a great menu and lots of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The food was really good and so was the service. Prices were very reasonable as well. We were impressed!

Quaint, cozy, and good local Mediterranean food. Portions were great, even split an entree between two people.
