What Josiah Koss doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Delivery fees were supposed to be temporary when gas went up about 10 years ago to compensate drivers for no tip deliveries. They never went away. You got accustomed to paying them and now drivers don 't get any of that. If you can 't afford to pay your employees a livable wage, you don 't deserve to be in business. I 'll take mine elsewhere. I absolutely love Domino's! The menu offers a fantastic variety, and the freshness of the food is impressive. Ordering online is incredibly convenient, and we always receive exactly what we ordered. The delivery times are reliable, and the staff is consistently friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Upon entering the store, I was disappointed that he didn’t greet me or thank me for my visit, nor did he wish me a nice day. If he is indeed the manager, he needs to work on his people skills, as good customer service is essential in that role. Overall, the way he treated customers is not acceptable for anyone in a management position or otherwise.
