Feel free and paddle Nomad in the Ping river! Well, of my experience this morning to paddle feel free -Nomad(Sit on top) in a calm current probably not a wise idea. A sit on top kayak is recommended for adult in a jungle setting with tight turns as they are very maneuvrable but in general nomads are not recomended for adults. I would rather recommend a sit in kayak because the sit in kayak are longer and faster, importantly a sit in kayak of feel free express are also available at Chiang Mai kayaking. I met up with Chiang Mai Kayaking team at thier head office in the heart of Chiang Mai city and I was told to head up north to Mae Ngat region for kayaking. Once our crew reached the starting point at Baan Thor bride, my heart was full of excitement that the water are very calm but still in light brown clearance. Unfortunately, the app Relive turned off my phone because of there were no satellite signal in some part of the river.I was panicking that the water may got into my phone again. I later discovered that it had shut off because there was no satellite signal. I would define today 's trip as relaxing among the jungle.
