Today I made the day...! A little over a month ago, on one of the many occasions when I refuel at the YPF at the Cruz de Piedra roundabout, I went to BOXES to inquire about the water and coolant in the radiator since they had advised me to change it completely. ; Walter, the guy who helped me, surprised me as he explained to me in great detail why it might not be necessary to change it. He approached the car with a device that I had never seen in my life and measured the ratio between my water and the liquid. The thing is that according to Walter it was fine, it was not necessary to spend money. His explanation and attention was so good, careful and patient that I was delighted and I told his employer. Today, while they were loading gas in my car, Walter approached me, greeted me cordially and thanked me for the comment I made to the person concerned, because for that reason the owner of the company rewarded and recognized him. The truth is that it made me very happy to know that there are people who do their job with excellence and that is why they are recognized. I believe that it is essential to forge communities, companies or institutions with people capable of doing their best. It doesn't have to be the same for us to be mediocre than to be excellent! Things would be very different in this country if it were rewarded and punished accordingly. We all like to be recognized for what we do, it makes us want to work harder. So now you know, if you want good care in a lubrication center, the one from YPF in Cruz de Piedra is excellent and reliable. Also keep in mind that constructive criticism is as necessary as applause and acknowledgment to those who do their job well, it costs nothing and can improve -in this case- the situation of an employee, of the clients who entrust our heritage on wheels to these businesses and the entrepreneur who can continue to grow when all the gears work well.
