It is a restaurant that also works as a confectionery that is located on the seventh floor of the tower hotel. I attended to decorate a tea and appreciate the sight and sunset. At this point it is unbeatable . in what it does at the service of tea, they only have three types of teen and serve it directly at the rate without teapot. However, attention is very good.
