Even though it's not cheap at all, tortas and quesadillas are really good, I have tried the the Chicken breast with a ventilla sauce which was really delicious, (this is not in the menu, they usually serve it with zorro sauce) but I ordered it and it was cooked in this way. View all feedback.

I often go there. the tortas and salsas are really good. they are a little expensive for tortas, but have some good offers every day. I like the vegetarian with portobello that is not found anywhere. I don't like the fact that they used to have the tipp in the check, even after terrible service! I called to put an order and when I'm there, half an hour later, as they demanded, they didn't even begin to cook my meal. sometimes they have not even written the order! so no thumbs for the service.
These tortas are very good, and they are inexpensive. I've eaten there several times, and every time my belly is a happy belly. Not only the tortas, but the empanadas, the micheladas are very good and at competitive prices. Tortas Richard's salsa Zorro is delicious,...you have to try these tortas, they are a good, inexpensive option for lunch.

Not a bad place, but they have much to improve, a thing that I don't understand, like a place not the same quality due to the time, some paints is good and some others is not so good, somehow expensive too.
I've been there often enough in the last years and one of the main things that you have to know before you go/or order on the phone is: Most of the time the employees who work there act really rude and impolite with the...customers, specially in the one at polanco (and the manager is never available for a conversation). Talking about the place, they have different restaurants in the city and all of them are really small and always have problems with ventilation, thanks to that you might smoke your clothes. Now the food it is good, they offer good prices (Quesadillas from to MXP; Tortas from to MXP; Steaks from to MXP). The quality is okay nothing special but if you are on a low budget you might find this place just right.
