I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The service was excellent, and the food was wonderful. I will definitely be returning to try the new menu.

The beer-battered fish was fantastic, accompanied by two delicious sides that were served hot. The grilled redfish was also excellent, paired with grilled asparagus and creamy mac and cheese, all served piping hot. It would have been nice to have rolls or cornbread as an option. The waitstaff were friendly and very experienced.

We used to really enjoy this restaurant, but we hadn't visited in about four months. What a difference it's made! The menu has changed significantly and is now very limited. The smell in the place reminded me of old mop water. The waitress was alright, but seemed somewhat disinterested. The food, which used to taste authentic and fresh, fell short this time—I tried the catfish, shrimp, and oysters, and they tasted almost like they had been microwaved. It was disappointing. There's a sign about new management, and it’s clear that things have taken a turn for the worse.

The waitress seemed to view the customers as an inconvenience, even though the restaurant wasn't busy—only about six tables were occupied.

Great place. Good food. The barkeep, Scout, was fantastic. We will be back.
