What Pluto doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Ordered a curbside with plenty of time before closing at least 15 minutes, when I saw it closed I decided to go inside to see what was going on. They wouldn’t even let me explain what was going on they straight up kicked me out saying they don’t care. I asked if i could cancel my order then since i had already paid through the app, they persisted on telling me to get out that they didn’t care. View all feedback.
This place is bad! They did not let my 10¢ slide, we waiting 10 minutes for a medium cup that the worker only had to spin around and grab the cup and hand it to us. They forgot ONE chicken nugget when I ordered a 10pc which was unacceptable! Will not be coming back again! Always receives complaints the times I’ve came. Had to wait in the que line because the drive thru wasn't ready for my Double quarter pounder w/cheese and bacon. I didn't even get a bottom bread!
We ordered curb side pickup before closing and and they were being rude and not explaining anything to us and kicked us out saying they were closed. They didn’t even let us cancel the order
