I believe this restaurant has been here for some time now as I drive by it all the time when heading down San Leandro Blvd between San Leandro and Oakland. So I finally dropped in for a visit and a bite and so glad I did. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all fabulous and incredibly affordable. What User doesn't like about Los Cantaros Taqueria:
The inside is nice and this place is relatively new. I never went to the old Chinese restaurant that was at this same location before, but the inside looks good and has a nice atmosphere. I have to say this is just another Mexican restaurant with the same old menu and the same old taste. It isn't necessarily bad, but it's nothing special not a place to go out of the way for. The food is great. I had shrimp and steak fajita had a wonderful flavor. I had veggie soup awesome borth I wish I had more veggie's inside. Will be back
I love this little spot and its not too far from the house. Surf and Turf burrito is delicious
I eat here on a regular basis and the food is delicious especially when they have specials like quesabirria and menudo. Staff is nice and quick
Had a great burrito bowl here! $7) Fun salsas and the beans are rice are delicious and also vegan. Good prices
The rice was stale, wasn't fresh at all. it had an old taste. their red sauce was way to thick and spicy. Will not return.
