What Mauro Morales doesn't like about Mostaza:
They serve quite neutrally but that's the least important thing to me. The burger BOOM! There is nothing amazing and delicious about it compared to its image on the menu. The cheddar was spread on the first slice of bread as if it were a synthetic-looking mayonnaise. The cheddar tasting wasn't exactly creamy or rich in cheddar flavor. And well, if that's how its presentation was, the rest was precarious in terms of o... View all feedback.

This is a comment for the location downstairs, where the cinema, Chango Mas, etc. are located, NOT the one on the 1st floor. It is decadent that due to the poor service of a glasses-wearing employee who works there, I leave a bad and tasteless impression in front of an entire franchise, about which in general terms, I have no complaints and I choose it. I ordered the special menu of hamburger, fries and soda and the employee chose not to offer dressings, and when I ask for mayonnaise, she only gives me one (without asking how many I want or apologizing for not having offered it to me before). I tell him nooo, give me more and he gives me just one more with a bad face... Not only that, but he didn 't add salt to the chips and he didn 't give me any salt either. I mean, they didn 't have any salt. I went and complained and told a cashier the situation and he told me that it is a decision of the Mostaza company to give only one dressing....I told him that it is not like that and that I thought it was a shame, that he should punish me. not to give me dressings for choosing the offer menu. CHANGE THAT BECAUSE IN THIS SENSE MC DONALDS IS HANDLING YOU. EDUCATION AND RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER. An employee on the 1st floor told me that if I ask for 10 dressings, she will give me all 10 and apologized for the pretensions of the girl from the store below.
On August 1st we went with my partner and we were attended by an inexperienced person who didn 't even know how to express herself. It was 5 in the afternoon and there was no toast in the middle of San Justo Shooping, we asked for a milshake since they didn 't have toast and we asked for it with cream and he charged us for the common one and when I remarked that I wanted it with cream he says I don 't have it expressing himself like he was a friend of hers. Terrible service, but the glass was good
Yesterday we had lunch at the shopping branch. Absolutely dissatisfied. My first complaint is that once I placed the order when paying, they informed me that they DO NOT accept payment. x ID ACCOUNT that only accept Mercado Pago. Which seems terrible to me because it is a perfectly legal application just like MP. Which I normally use and many smaller businesses accept it without any inconvenience. So it seems terrible to me that such a chain of stores doesn't do it and the explanation they gave me is that they don't get the money with that app. Anyone . Aside from all this inconvenience that already left me quite dissatisfied, they delivered an order to us with both Cold Burgers and potatoes that were past being in the machine because they were made of Cardboard!!!!. So VERY DISSATISFIED
