What User doesn't like about La Casa de Los Anticuchos:
I've been eating anticuchos for over 60 years, so I know what a good anticucho should be. The anticuchos arrived warm, with cold potatoes, although we asked for grilled potatoes. They were either over boiled, remnants, or just not fresh, old heart meat. The heart was hard and tough, although we rarely asked for medium. The Chunchuline (strips) were disgusting. We did not try the classic anticucho -- marinated grilled beef hearts -- because we're wimps. However, the chicken skewers and grilled pork cutlet were delicious, well seasoned. The service was attentive and our server was very friendly and helpful in explaining the different dishes.
