Girl at the cashier was super slow. Waited 10 to order and another 10 to just get my food, 20 min out of my 30 min break wasted couldnt even finish my food. People in line were complaining about the same thing. She needs to get way faster. 2/24/19 View all feedback.

The food is excellent, and the service is even better. Since I work nearby, I visit this restaurant frequently, and I’ve always found the staff to be incredibly friendly. They prepare meals quickly, and the food is consistently fresh.
The cashier was incredibly slow. I waited 10 minutes just to place my order and then another 10 minutes to receive my food. That left me with only 10 minutes of my 30-minute break to eat, and I couldn't even finish my meal. Other customers in line were also expressing their frustration about the wait. She really needs to improve her speed. 2/24/19
The Flame Broiler remains as excellent as ever, now in a new location. It appears to have been open for just a month or two, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The restaurant is also very clean.
