Azure Bistro - San Juan

I don't normally leave poor reviews but this one is unfortunately deserving of it. There was no one to greet us and then they realize we were standing there and so they said sit wherever. We are from out of town so we didn't know this is how this place operates. Anyways we seated ourselves. They came over and we order drinks, appetizer and our meals since we were hungry we wanted to get food quickly order. Our drinks were brought in and we waited 50min before our appetizer arrived. We order the bruschetta. Omg was that a joke. It was littlely just regular bread barely toasted with some tomato looking green pesto perhaps mix in. I was brave and I tried one. Omg was it disgusting! Our drink were never refilled and we were never once told what the hold up was. We asked the waiter to please give us our check and pay for our drink and this disgusting disgrace bruschetta! And he said we could just leave. I definitely would not recommend this place at all. Service is poor and by the appetizer alone I can tell you the rest of the food is going to be horrible.Never again will I stop here if I am in the area. And if you live here I'm sorry you have this place here that calls themselves a restaurant.

Im sorry to say, half my meal was cold. It seem that they used freezer products. Not fresh. Sorry I was disappointed. People were nice though

I am a frequent customer. I'm sad to say I ordered a California club sandwich to go. And I saw the young chef that was making my sandwich was not wearing gloves while making it. He grabbed the veggies and sliced the avocado placing his fingers in the avocado before placing it on my sandwich and then he just cleaned off his hands on his apron. Then went in to the walk-in cooler to get the meat for the sandwich and again stuck his bare hands inthe bag before placing the meat on my sandwich. I love the food and the environment there. Just not a fan of any one putting they bare hands in my food.

On this place to lunch (12 pm) and ordered a thunfischsalat 45min to wait to be served and the taste was good and I was not intoxicated (for they know thunfisch is raw and they never know) but it was honestly overpriced the salat was small, had like 6 pieces thunfisch and the greens were out how they were buying dressing (which I would not want to go on) ?

Awesome breakfast. Loved the omelet, especially! Fancy presentation and great prices for a fine breakfast experience.
