Order the Cucumber Vodka from Luis. Delicious! We happened to pop in on a night with a strange performer. This place could be super fun with all of it's nooks and crannies with the right music playing. Great dancefloor. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Syriaccus Bar:
Stopped in for a drink with some friends it is alright for now but, it has potential to do so much more. There was no band the night we were there and the bar tender and staff were taking turns playing what they wanted to hear and it did not flow at all. Kinda killed the vibe so we left. This is an open air restaurant next to the pool. The food is good if you do not want to venture off site. We had drinks and dinner here for 1 night. We didn't feel the price was outrageous and drinks were fairly priced. Shrimp pasta, fish, ceviche and grilled octopus. All very good. The margarita drinks were on the very artificial side and smoothies were extra sweet. It reminded me of the low end premixed all-inclusive resort type of drinks. If you like sweet drinks, there are plenty of options here!
Did not eat here. Too many others to visit. However, we had some drinks in the bar area. That first night the entertainment was a traditional Mexican quartet with a female singer, guitarist, violinist, bassist. Though sung in Spanish, the passion of the songs filled me up with tears. I wish I could remember the name of the band but to no avail. That was the real highlight of the evening. They have a different group every night at mama mias right on the beach.
¡Excelente!
We ate here several times and enjoyed each meal. They have a wonderful Sunday brunch that is reasonably priced. Dinners usually have live music. Once a week they have a "Fiesta" with a buffet of Mexican favorites and a folkloric dance troupe. The costumes are colorful and the dancers are talented. There is typical tasty Mexican food on the menu, but also international favorites like fettuccini alfredo. One night, we got the fettuccine alfredo with a caprese salad, uncharacteristically stacked layers of mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves. Yummy! Because we stayed at Coral Baja, this delightful open air restaurant was convenient, We also found it to have delicious choices, excellent service, and was the best value of all the restaurants we visited in Los Cabos. Portion sizes were ample. A reliable source for a good breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
